Has anyone tried Tmpgenc DVD Author? I find it very useful for both movies and episodes. It will take an episode and convert it to a .mpg file (and can edit it ) where you can create your own menu. You can do movies also. but the movie must be small enough to fit on a dvd-r. If not I use DVD Toolbox - www.dvdtoolbox.de to split it to 2 dvd's for big movies (over 5.5 gb) like lord of the rings to keep good quality. Otherwise I use dvd2one.
