I was wondering which program is the best for creating motion menus for SVCD's. I checked out Ulead DVD Workshop, but they only create the menu for DVD's only. So I was wondering if anyone can give me suggestions for any programs.

TSCV will make an alright motion menu using vcdimager and tmpg, but is complicated and buggy. You could also try making it in any editing program and encode with tmpg then author with VCDEasy.

I already tried TSCV and it did no go very well. I was wondering which BIG program (like Ulead or Adobe) is the best for SVCD?

Hands down for the best svcd creation is (IMO) WinOnCD 5... you can do anything on that program.... check it out, you need to author you menus with premeire or vegas video (any editor will work though) for best results...
You win some, and you lose some, and some get rained out...

Pinnacle Studio 8 or Ulead DVD Workshop are two of the best consumer packages that have good motion menu functions.
