    NEO-DVD PLUS 4.0 or higher can do this easily
    It can create the DVD in real time while caputring (REAL TIME BURN TO BURNER) or goto the HARD DRIVE
    QUALITY is O.K. 5 MILLION BITS but you need a very fast machine with alot of ram
