Is it possible to have too high of a bit rate? I'm making an XSVCD, and I'm using TMPGEnc's Project Wizard. I'm using 2-passVBR, and I tell it that I want the video file to be 100% of the CD's capacity (for an 80 minute CD), and it estimates the file size will be about 784MB (approximately), yet when the file is done encoding the file size is only about 720MB. Is it that because of the 2-pass TMPGEnc decides that the video doesn't require the full average bit rate I've set? The video looks fine, I'm not complaining. I'm just wondering if that's what is happening, or if my copy of TMPGEnc is having problems. Has anyone else had this/something like this happen to them?
Thanks![]()
