drwtsn32.exe application error using Canopus ProCoder

trying to convert avi to dvd using dvd2svcd and Canopus ProCoder
the problem is when it reaches Canopus ProCoder i get a message saying Windows virtual memory minimum too low &
drwtsn32.exe application error
the application failed to initiaze proplerly (0xc0000142). click on ok to terminate the application.

can someone explain what i can do to fix the problem
