  1. I'm currently learning how to authorize DVD using ulead movie factory 2.. but the program seem to hate 23.976fps VCD mpg and reconvert the video to NTSC which is 29.97fps.. but it takes wayyyyyyyy too long... i want to know if there are other possible solution of authorizing 23.976 VCD MPG onto dvd..
or is there possibility to convert 23fps to 29 so the program will accept the file and not do all those re conversion??

  2. have u checked the box under project settings .......(Select Do no convert compliant MPEG files).Or it will always reencode the mpg file. There is a guide on this subject https://www.videohelp.com/vcddvdr.

mpeg1 23,976fps is not supported on dvd so you must reconvert. You could try author with ifoedit instead(it does not check for dvd compliant) and make a "xdvd" that may work on some dvd players.
