  1. I made a couple of VCDS the quailty for the first 15 minutes is good but gets worse as the movie goes on untill you can't even view it anymore. Can anyone help me out? I am using nero 5.5 to encode the movie files.

  2. Well, I never used Nero to encode MPEG file, only to burn them on VCD.
    Use TMPGenc to encode from AVI to MPEG. You should see a difference in quality.
