I guess I've been lucky and have experienced only two events of audio sync. problems in all the caps and DVDs I've made.
And both times have been when I've used Womble(version 3.13) to trim the very 1st few seconds off of a(5mbps/CBR) Mpeg-2 file before authoring it into a DVD. I do that by Marking-In the place where I want my video to start(after the part I want to remove) and Mark-Out the end of the video. And then I click SAVE and "name" the saved file and let Womble process the saved file(them I import the trimmed clip into my authoring program and burn it).
Does Womble have a problem with editting out things like this? Am I doing Womble right?(using the wrong steps/procedure in Womble)?
What can I do with Womble that I'm not doing now to illiminate the audio sync problem that results in the saved video file?

I use a Dazzle capturing system that Only lets me capture into Mpeg. So that is all I work with. I never do any DV/AVI video.....
