removing a chapter from a dvd with 1 title-set

i am trying to put a disney treasures goofy onto a dvdr.
did the first disc no problem.
the second disc has EVERYTHING in 1 title-set. and from the menu, say i chose an extra, it would just skip to a certain chapter.
i want to get rid of the extras so that i can keep ALL the cartoons and only have to transcode at about 12% compression.
BUT if i use IC7 i cant remove anything because everything is one set.
i have tried fooling around in ifoedit. i am getting better, i can join, create new ifo's, split, and other bologna but i dont know how to do this.
again, im trying to delete playback of in this case chapter 26 of the dvd set.
PLEASE HELP!

ok... some of you guys that are looking but dont know how to do it or have an idea but you arent sure please give me something...ANYTHING....
i dont mind trying things even if they dont work but everything i tried so far hasnt.
its my brothers disc and he needs the copy for his little son.

i cant use dvdshrink because like a few other dvds the fileset gives me an error...something with the way the ifo's pgc is set up.
i can use ic7 BUT since there is only one tile set...i dont have a choice to get rid of anything. if i remove anything in the set it removes the entire set (everything).
that leaves ifoedit. which i would like to use BUT i dont know really how to go about it.
in ifoedit if i use the "guides" on stripping things...it shows that the file is gone. what i mean is under the vts_01_0.ifo where you chose "delete playback" it shows that it has been deleted but then i either get the dvd plaback to do nothing OR i finally got it to play BUT the sections i wanted removed where still there just all the chapters were now screwy.
i think this would have helped in the beginning.
any ideas?

check out guide 3 which is Removing Multiple VOB ID's

just delete the VOB ID's which are the extra's you don't want

you may need to create dummy PGC's if you remove all the VOB ID's outta a PGC but that's in the guide HERE

it can be done, the hardest part is learning how but its simple after a few goes 8)

have u tried this for the only the second disc https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=472651&highlight=#472651

shoot if u rip the main movie files from both disc and rename the second disc names to correspond with the first disc and then use ifoedit as above
and also use ifoedit to get vts sectors, u can use ic7 or dvdshrink to fit the whole movie to one disc

mackem, i looked at your guide...VERY easy to follow. BUT everytime i get to the final strip it will run through and then gives me a writing error. i am going to restart and try again. ever had this error before?

worked...2 restarts required...but it worked without a hitch the 3rd time...3 times a charm, eh?
