    I got the Pioneer Dv-260-s from Wal-Mart for 88 dollars and I was wondering if anyone has had a working region free hack for it?

    This site contains firmware for pioneer drives.

    If your model is not available you can check their forum.

    They also seem to accept requests for firmware upgrades.

    It's not and official Pioneer site but may lead you to what you want.

    gl99: that is only for dvd-roms, not standalone dvd players.
