is there a chance to get a higher res. then 480x480 or 480x576?
another question: what do i change exactly when i change the bitrate?
last question: when i watch a SVCD, its a very little picture on my TV.. how can i make it bigger?

bitrate ........ hmmm tough one... rate of bits !
in a nutshell you change the "quality" of the encoded MPEG
little picture on TV ... something wrong here. The SVCD i have made play fullscreen on my home theater.
If watching through standalone i should have automatically filled screen for you.
If watched through TV out on video card with a software DVD app make sure it is set for full screen !
