Holy SHIT !!!!!!!

u wont believe this shit, after all this time, it was the shitty elecard mpeg2 decoder !!!!!!!!!!!!

i uninstalled Elecard and
i installed a dvd software called Intervideo WinDVD and played it through their and it worked perfect !!!!!!!

and just to be sure i burned it and played through my DVD player perfect !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i cant beleive this shit, all this time it was just the decoder
