Exporting SVCD Video

I just downloaded an SVCD Movie that was inside a BIN file, and it works perfect when I burn it directly from the BIN. But now, I would like to extract the movie from the SVCD that I downloaded, add some menu pictures, and then recreate the SVCD and burn it. How do I extract the video? I have already tried copying the MPG movie file from the SVCD, but the video and audio is completely messed up when I play it. What can I do?

Use VCDEasy, goto tools, VCDxRIP and check CD Image File. brouse for the .bin file and click Rip
