When using this program to capture the audio is horrible. It sounds fine while capping, but when you watch the captured file, its bad. I tried some other programs (iuVCR, Power Director) and they don't have this problem.
I don't really know how to describe the problem with the audio... its just bad :P I've tried numerous audio settings, makes no difference.
I want to fix it because out of the capturing programs I've used, I liked Virtual VCR the best.

I guess you are getting audio signal saturation because of very high signal volume.
Virtual VCR must have audio level , try to reduce it.
