Problems with DVD Decrypter

I have been using DVD Shrink to shrink and copy my DVD's onto one DVD+R. There are a few DVD's this won't work with so I tried using DVD Decrypter but on all these DVD's it comes across constant read errors. I even tried selecting the option to ignore read errors. It never prompts me anymore to ignore, retry, etc. but still freezes when it reaches a read error. Is there anyway around this? Like I said I used DVD Shrink at first but for some reason on these same DVD's which appear to work fine it just simply gives an error after doing about 8 options of shrinking.

Try cleaning the disc with a 50/50 solution of Isopropyl alcohol and water using a soft cloth wiping from the center out until dry. This has worked wonders for me several times.
