    I agree with you it could be the Ulead software and yes the only fix might be to clean install your system. Even if you un-install the Ulead software it will still not totally remove all the files it added or modified. That's why I use Drive Image to backup my system before installing any new software on my computer. That way I can always restore the system from the backup without having to spend hours re-loading and re-configuring my system.

    It works!

    I just installed CopyToDVD, as it doesn't use ASPI and installs its own version, and the bugger works perfect! Does Ulead use their own version too perhaps? As long as it works I'm happy, killed a dozen blanks this week!
