Is there an authoring package on the low end of the price scale that will
allow importing and burning of video at different average bit rates and resolutions. The included programs like MyDVD reencode to 720x480. and my editor Ulead Studio 6.0 I think only authors like that. Need to fit some projects on disk between 98 and 150 min. I do not need chapters and quality is not of the utmost importance.
