This is by no means a guide, you'll need to know the progs first but here's my routine for 2DVDs on one disc:

    1. Run both movies through DVD Decrypter for rip.
    2. Transcode both movies with DVD2One using 2.1gig custom file size max.
    3. Delete all IFO/BUP files and move both movies to the same folder (only .vob's remain)
    4. Resequence them by renaming the vobs to VTS_1_1, VTS_1_2, VTS_1_3 etc...this is the sequence you would like them to play on the DVD.
    5. Run the "Create IFO" function in IFO edit.
    6. Burn all files with Nero

Like I said, this isnt a guide but dont waste your time demuxing or re-encoding. This works just the same although it takes a lot of disc space to process. Good luck!

rip side 1 and move the files to a new directory 1

rip side 2 and move the files to a new directory 2

rename the files in directory 2 as follows: vts_01_001.vob, _002.vob etc.

Open vobedit and join the files in directory 2. make sure the VOBID as requested by vobedit is 1 more than the last vobid in the last vob file in directory 1. Rename the vob files output of vobedit as VTS_01_5.vob, 6.vob (assuming 4.vob was the last file in directory 1).

now run ifoedit and create new ifo files.

    run dvd2one.
