    trying to make a svcd and everything seems to go good but when i play it back on my dvd player u can hear a high pitch noise going on and off in the background? What gives with that? Tried several times with same problem?

    Get rid of your cheap medias, and try some FUJI CD-R's. I'll guarantee it'll fix your problem.

    What is the method you are using for converting ?, have you ripped the film yourself or have you downloaded it ?

    ripped dvd with tempeg used svcdtemplate . could it actually be the cdr? or the movie itself?

    foixed problem didnt have proper setting picked when multiplexing
