  1. I've been having troubles capturing MPEG-2 video w/ my TV Tuner. None of the other codecs are giving my problems, so I want to delete the MPEG-2 codec (and all DVD related), and then reinstall PowerDVD.

    Any ideas?

Uninstall software DVD players and reinstall them.

Beyond that, it can get tricky, and a format is always healthy. Just be sure not to install/update needlessly in the future if you do reformat.
I'm not online anymore. Ask BALDRICK, LORDSMURF or SATSTORM for help. PM's are ignored.

if using any windows version - just use DXMAN and de-reg the codec .. simple and simple and simple ..

you dont even have to uninstall the app if you are just testing to see if it works and then you can re-reg it or uninstall, your choice .
