  1. Hi,

I want to burn a single file larger than 4GB onto a DVD
My system is WinXP with NTFS, thus no problem with the filesize on the HD.
I know that the iso9660 file format has a 4GB limit, thus I will use UDF.

The problem now is that I dont know a burning program that allows me to burn
    a file larger than 4GB.

So anyone burned files larger than 4GB to a DVD?

    thx for answers.

    xellos

  3. Hi,

    thnx for the answer.
I forgot to state that the file I want to burn is no video file.
    So Movie Factory wont help.

I dont want to use winRAR or so to split it into smaller volumes cause
the file is a D*r*i*v*e*c*r*y*p*t container (no video) and I want to mount it directly from the DVD.

Is there a command-line tool that creates an image by a given
directory and puts everything within this dir into the image?

    thnx for help.

  4. Have you tried RecordNowMAX or CopyToDVD? I don't have a 4gb file but I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work.
