getting japanese language track in kiki's delivery service??

Ok, tried to backup kiki with dvd shrink 1.03
I did level 8 compression, I pretty well had to, and copied fine but when I play it and try to select anything but the english track it will not? So I re-did it making sure the japanese language track was checked and the spanish as well, copied, and again it will not select. It's like english is the only track on there. If you try and select it from the menu it freezes.

I tried it in a pioneer and apex dvd player, same thing?

Anyone else had luck backing up a full copy of this movie?

yeah I will double check..cuz I know I backed this movie up. I've bought spirited away, kiki's delivery service, castle in castiligo, etc. To tell you the truth I hate anime but this stuff is pretty good.
