    I'm new and I don't have a fixed authoring tool I'm open to any sugestion.

  4. Well, not alot of inexpensive authoring apps support multiple audio streams. In fact I cannot think of one, infact most consumer level software requires you video to be a system stream, that is muxed containing both audio, and video so you get no choice. If you use a pro app like Scenarist or Maestro it varries but in Maestro you just drop the audio into the 1st track and thats it, you would have to set a rule using the commands to make it play a differant one as default as Maestro always uses track 1 as primary audio stream unless a rule is written.
