VCD with still mpegs not showing

I am trying to make a VCD with a compilation of personal photos.

I have used vcd2tk to generate bin/cue files.

I then burn them to CD with nero.

On my PC, I have verified that the SEGMENT folder contains all the images (.DAT)

But when I play it on my VCD player, the VCD shows that it is playing but there is not display on my TV. It's the same with PBC on or off.

What have I done wrong??

I am not familiar with this, please help me out!

You can download the software and they have guides on how to make menus and put your still pictures onto a vcd to play in your DVD player.
