sure, set up each file one by one the way you want.....save each one as a small "save project" file, then use batch encoding to select all the "save project" files you've made

If you do not get to create batch files
THEN MAKE THIS:
open tmpgenc.exe program for each .avi file to encode to mpeg. You will have 10 tmpgenc.exe program opened running/working at same time.

For Gods sake don't open 10x copie of TMPGenc and have them all run at the same time. That's got to slow down you PC and could cause write errors in the MPEG (Not saying that it hasn't worked for you Lafamar).
Try the batch encoding in TMPGenc. Or if this is a set of captured avi files (ie. all part of the same captred spilt up because of the 2gb/4gb limit) frameserve with AVIsynth.
