problem with dvd to copy!

I am new to this dvd copying,so any help would be great.
i am useing smart ripper,dvd2one and copy to dvd,
i am having no problem ripping,and dvd2one works fine but when i go to copy to dvd it goes through the first stage writing to cache file??,and then when the burning starts or formating as it says on the box i get error messages saying "invaild data file " if i leave the error it keeps poping up so my whole scren is covered in this error message?

the dvd files are still on the hard drive in vob files are i can watch them but to get this working would be great,any help please

What are you burning to DVD with? What settings?

What program are you using to burn ?


If it is Nero, do the following. I have had 100% success.

Close the wizard, CLICK ON FILE, NEW.

From the drop down click on dvd.

Then click on DVD Video and click on new. A window will open up on the left hand side. Click on the folder VIDEO_TS (which is coloured red.

The on the right hand side filer browser find where you stored your vob, ifo & bup files and drag them all to the left hand window.

Then push the burn icon and off you go.

If it is another program you need to have folders VIDEO_TS (THIS ONE HAS ALL YOUR FILES IN IT) & AUDIO_TS (NOTHING IN THIS FOLDER)

The names from the folders must be in capitals.
