  2. Did you use TMPGEnc to decode it? If you didn't , then go do that. you can find it under the tools section. when you decode it, make sure you write down exactlly what bitrate you use in the conversion. then in mf2, go to the button at the bottom left of the screen for options. click on template manager. select new. now setup a template with the exact same bitrate you used when you converted it with tmpgenc. press ok and exit the template manager. click on the right button on the bottom of the screen to select progect settings. click on change mpg settings and select the template you just set up. click ok and you shouldn't have any problems. it shouldn't do any converting and will just skip right to audio video mutiplexing.also. if you've never used tmpgenc , the you need to know this. if you,re encoding a movie with ac3 audio, then you'll need to use virtua-dub to first extract an audio wav file and then put this file in the audio source manualy with the brouse button in the start of tmpgenc. hope this all helps you and good luck. post a reply if you have any questions.

If you are trimming the movie (changing the start/end positions under the preview window) Movie Factory will convert it and it takes forever. I always trim the movie in TMPGEnc first then go to Movie Factory to finish it up.
