    Hi,
    is there any Tool that converts the resolution of an MPEG2-Video?
    I'm grabbing directly MPEG2 in 720x576 and want to create
    SVCD-PAL (480x576).
    I can do it with DVD2avi -> VirtualDub -> Tmggenc, but this is a very long way to change the resolution...

    Why dont you just use dvd2avi then go straight to tmpgenc. You can set the external output res to anyhting you want. If you want to use filters, i got you covered. Go to the tools section and download the ShiZZZoN template. it contains a template and a DOC file. Read this doc file. If you have any questions, email me
