Ok here's the problem.
I have a 29.97fps DIVX that I am trying to encode to an XVCD (my tv is PAL but I think can handle NTSC can I leave the encoding at 29.97 or do I need to convert to 25fps, if so why).
But everytime it seems to playback at half height. I think this might be something to do with the interlacing, but as I know little about interlacing and all the guides I've read don't help, I'm stuck.
What I really need is a guide to interlacing on TMPGEnc or someone to just tell me the best settings to use.![]()
