How i can make a copy from a DIVX file with pssw protection?

Ive downloaded a movie with password online verification, i mean i cant see this movie without a internet connection, is in DIVX format with DIVX extension. How i can convert this file to VCD or another mpg format? im trying various programs no one accepts the divx extension, any helps?
PD. this file have one expiration date too.
