    I just got my computer upgraded with more memory and a faster chip and board and sony500a burner I have backed up several dvds with dvd decryptor and instant copy and now i would like 8) to back up my starwars trilogy...

    I would output to a capture device or pass-through a digital camcorder, all to Firewire to your PC. then encode with tmpgenc/cce

    but for Star Wars, I would just buy the gold/5-star set offa eBay, I got them, great quality DVD-9s with THX//DTS/DD 5.1 etc. they were like, 39.99 for the whole trilogy.
