I use Tmpgenc to convert an Xvid to SVCD, but the result is not good (image are ok and the audio too, but image flicks). I tried almost everyting. The conversion from Divx to SVCD is always OK and don't give me any problem. Codec problem? Thanks.

Try using the program DVD2SVD using CCE as your encoder. I always use this and it never fails me. Make sure you get version 1.1 build 1
Hope this helps -
Download the 4cc changer, and change the XviD CC's to both say divx. This fixes a lot of problems with having an old codec or FFDShow problems.
