SVCD with PCM sound ?

As the tools used by ffmpegx do not work with PCM, is there a way to "mux" a PCM file (extracted with 0seX) with a SVCD mpeg file ?

oki, it`s a difficult way to get a m2a - file from PCM:

first u rip the DVD - video with OSEX.
then u rip the audio with DVDEXTRACTOR (it MUST be DVDEX.!!!)
than u convert the audio - file with PCM TO AIFF (it worx only under
9.x!)
the AIFF - file which u get: open with QUICKTIME PRO and export it to WAVE.
this WAVE - file u do it with MMT (missing mpeg tools) & convert it to
m2a!


it`s hard, very hard, but:
IT WORX!!!

nachtrag:

when u use DVDEXTRACTOR to rip the audio (pcm)
than the conversion with MAD AUDIO DECODER works!!
with MAD, u have SHORTLY the WAVE - file!!!
