This is going to sound like a really daft and simple question, but in what programs can I find the EXACT lenth of a video file? All the programs I try just show minutes and seconds like 12:52 or whatever, but I'm currently trying to stretch some audio to fit a video file to cure some sync problems so need an exact length down to the last milisecond. I can find out the time of the audio easily, just struggling to find a program that will tell me the video length...

Use virtualdub, open the video and click on the [End]-button at the bottom ( looks like this >| ) and then you will get the exact time to right like Frame 21501 ( 0:14:38:003 ).

Also tmpgenc, tools, merge and cut will show you seconds.
