  1. Hello!

I use the Flask Mpeg to convert my DVD films to VCD ( to use subtitles ) but some films doenst put the subtitles when converting ( and I choose in menu the language that I wont and I already tried other languages and still doenst put in the converted file ), what could be the problem? I use the same options to all convertions but some films ( like jurassic park, i still know what you did last summer ) the subtitles doesnt appear in the final mpeg ( vcd )

    Does anyone know why?

    Thanks for your time

Sorry, I cannot help you with this problem; I just want to suggest something:

Try using DVD2AVI, then feed the file to Virtualdub and add the subtitle filter. Then frameserve it to TMPGEnc. This will give you great quality movie and subtitles.

I have not found a correct guide for this procedure on this site, but you might want to check out; http://www.flexion.org
Here you can find a complete ripping guide for VCD's with subtitles.
