    Anyone has success to play SVCD with this DVD Player??

    I use CD-R Princo and works fine for VCD and XVCD. With SVCD format the player says no disk.

    In DVD compatibility list i found that it can play with some CDr, anyone knows ?'

    I think since this player does not have a MPEG-2 codec included, it can not play SVCD. Try XVCDs with 480x480 and 2500 bps.
