When I try to play AVI movies with any player other than DIVX, the video will pause indefinately after a few seconds of playing while the sound and the timer keep going as if nothings wrong. I checked with G-Spot to see what it said, and the DX50/divx codec was installed. So, If I have the codec installed, why can I not watch the movies on anything other than DIVX?
NOTE: I get the same results with Virtualdub and TMPGenc whether I'm trying to preview the movie or encode them.

those downloaded movies usually do that because the processor is busy, so it cant reneder the video fast enough, so youll have to restart , some are just fucked..literally.......,then some dont take to forwarding so well, ive had a few files that when i forward them they go out of sync as well, its usual in the video world...dont even worry..just use v-dub mp3 freeze when checking this vid for bad frames..aiight heres the guide.. https://www.videohelp.com/forum/userguides/142555.php
