Help Build VDC After Joining 2 MPG

I found a cool intro for VCD's on the net and a cool ending for disk one that tells you to switch disks. I tried merging the 3 files together using mpgtx and it worked great. I now have 1 mpg file that is :

intro.mpg + movie_part1.mpg + change_disk.mpg = Disk1.mpg

This mpg file plays great in QT. When I use VCDToolsX to create the .xml file and the .IMG files it doesn't work. I get one very small file as the result.

What am I doing wrong ? If I just use the original mpg, I can burn the VCD fine. It is after the merge that I have the problem.

Make sure that they are the same bitrate, framerate, size, etc. before you combine them
