DVD PAL to DVD NTSC

This question could be posted in a number of forums but this one looks most likely....

I have ripped a DVD-PAL to my HD and have sucessfully converted it to fit on a DVD-R using Instant Copy. So far so good.

Is there a tool that can convert a whole DVD disc from PAL to NTSC leaving all the menus and movies intact?

I could just rip the movies, convert them and put them back onto a new disc. But I'd rather not.

Essentially I need to convert a PAL DVD-9 to NTSC DVD-5

Anyone know what to use?

I used IfoEdit to change all occurrences of PAL 625/50 to NTSC 525/60 and burned the movie that way. It works on my combination (NEC NDV22-R DVD player and Toshiba 57H82 Widescreen TV). Not sure why since the video streams are still marked as 25 FPS, maybe the TV can sync at that rate.
