    hI,
I have a Pinnacle DC 10 plus and usually convert NTSC analog video by making that humongus big Mjpeg avi file and then converting it to dvd format with TMPGEnc.
In this case I have a few PAL DV tapes I would like to convert to DVD format, but the family is in Canada and they have only NTSC DVD readers/tvs.

Therefore I would like in as few steps as possible to convert my DV tapes to NTSC DVD for later burning.

    Any ideas would be appreciated.

    thanks

  2. Well, the highest quality conversion between NTSC & PAL, or vice-versa, is if you use the method developed by the very talented Xesdeeni:

Failing that, the next best option is to use Canopus ProCoder.

    Arky ;o)
