Wrapper VFW-WDM don´t work-by Microsoft.

I read about this wrapper in microsoft site

here microsoft say...
"This translation software works only for video capture devices on external busses (USB and 1394) in Windows 98. Analog capture devices (such as PCI cards with video decoder chips that use WDM drivers) cannot use this translation software."

So... mmm i have one ATI-AIW 128 pro AGP. then? any person with ATI PCI or AGP never can use this wrapper ("#$%^ ATI).
