  1. Hi everybody: I write from Italy.
I'd like to create a VCD with a lot of photos (JPEG) and with a background music. I used software Nero Burning but I only created a VCD with a sequence of JPEG photos. How can I do to create a sequence a photos with a background music in order to play my VCD on my DVD standalone player?
Thanks in advance for the answers.

    Ulead Media Studio Pro.

Just assign imported clips a default duration (say 5 seconds) and drag and drop them onto the time line. Add an audio track, and create as a VCD compliant MPEG, then burn.

  3. With Ulead software, how is the quality of the photos/music look like. I think the digital photo is at least 640x480, when encode to VCD format, it becomes 352x240 so the photo will not look very clear.

I use the same method (with Studio DV software) to create photo slide show (with music background) in SVCD format. Get higher resolution (480x480 compared to the original 1280 x 960). Quality is better than VCD format but I am still not very happy with this.
