  1. Hi,

first of all, sorry for my english.

I try to make a SVCD with 2 audio file (french and english soundtrack)

I've read the guide, made what he said, but when I enter in my standalone player (Samsung S321), the dvd tell me "No Disk". He can read SVCD with no problem, but it is normal that he cannot read a SVCD with 2 audio track?

    This is more useful info:

    - My audio track is made from a WAV to MP2 using TMPGEnc, at 44100@128bpbs@stereo (i've try JoinStereo, same result)

    - I've put the bitrate to 2000 to be safe, just in case to not reach the MAX and get error in playback (because of the limit of the datarate)

    - My DVD player is a Samsung model S321, can read MP3, VCD, SVCD without problem in CDR and CDRW.

Can someone explain if i have miss a thing, or my player cannot handle the multi-audio-track?

I would think that any SVCD compatible dvd player would be able to play a compliant SVCD with multiple audio tracks.

I think you may be following my guide...

Are you doing anything different then you normally do when making a SVCD? For instance, many people have reported problems with TMPGenc's multiplexor so if you normally don't use it, and are only using it because my guide uses it then this could be your problem. I strongly recommend that you always use bbmpeg to multiplex, it does a much better job than TMPGenc.

  3. Ok... I will try step by step the procedure... and use BBMpeg to multiplex the file.

    I will give comeback!
