Program that creates chapters on a VCD by megabytes???

Is there any program that lets u create vcd chapters by choosing where to split it up by megabytes?

I use Vcd Cutter it doesn't split it by megabytes though it splits in equal parts. Example you have a 500MB mpeg you can divide it into (5 or as many as you want) equal sections. Then burn these sections to vcd. Hope this helps

burning separate mpg streams as separate vcd tracks will not give you seamless chaptering. There will be pauses between tracks and are not true chapters. You can keep one full mpg stream and then use vcdimager to create chapters. You can use TSCV to create chapters also, which is a frontend tool for GNU vcdimager. Check tools list on right.
