I have noticed that some VCD Builder slideshow images flicker on a TV. I believe this is caused by too sharp images on an interlaced TV output, right? AFAIK the Ulead DVD PictureShow somehow blurs the images because they don't flicker.
I tried the GraphicConverter Unsharp 3x3 as well as deinterlacing the still (so that there are no 1 pixel thick horizontal lines in the 768x576 PAL image) but there was still flicker.
What kind of input image manipulation do you suggest to avoid flicker on TV?
