i have one stupid?? question. i have one ATI AIW 128 AGP (bingo) etc, etc, i make movies in format MPG1 but i need convert this to WMV, i have installed new WM8 coders and Windows Media Encoder 8 but when i try to Import one MPG in to Windows media encoder this crash with this msg:

Wmenc has caused an error in
WMESRCWP.DLL
Wmenc will now close.
If you continue to experience ... etc etc..

with any other windows format enconder 8 work fine.

Someone know what can i do?? or any know one prog for convert MPG to WMV directly?? (i not like mpg to avi to wmv)
Pd: i have Windows ME, 128 ram etc etc, with Windows Movie Maker i dont have this problem, but with Windows Movie Maker i canīt select new 8 coders from microsoft
