have an pioneer a05 with firmware 1.30. i been using optodisc and ritek and burning them with nero.once in a while i burn a disc 100% but when i but it in my dvd player it saids erorr so i check it out with dvd decrypter to see the vob file and its telling me that the dvd is empty but i can clearly see that thats not true the dvd is burnt . could it be the firmware?? or the dvd burner it self i know its not the media cause this even happens with the pioneer dvd_rw that came with the pioneer please help

I had that happen once than I realized I had checked the "Test and Burn" option and the system ejected the disk after testing it without burning it. I had to put it back in and had to burn it, no problems at all.
If you're sure it's not that than take the unit back to where you bought it from it might be faulty.

I had the exact same problem. My solution? Stop using NERO and start using RecordNOW DX. My copy shipped with the A05.

i also tryed recordnow dx(sony) and max 4.6 and it give me even more burning problem than nero or do i have to get recordnow dx from pioneer?? or the one that came with my old sony burner is the same one?
