HELP! DV to type 2 AVI with audio synch?

I used to use DVIO, it worked perfectly. Now, my audio gradually goes out of synch as the video progresses.

tried to figure it out, couldn't.

so I switched to Ulead VideoStudio. It will only cap to type 1 no matter how many times I change the setting and save the changes.

so I moved on to scenalyzer, which finally worked! type 2 avi with synch!

I paid for the full copy, made one successful transfer, and the next time I transferred: out of audio synch.

I am so desperate, please help any and everybody.
