    I know this may have been asked before but can someone refresh us on a good way to do this? I have tried some of the screen capture programs like Hypercam and they always seem to freeze on me. Is there another good program or way to do this?
    Please help or provide some advice.

    Ok, I have just went and tried Hypercam, Snagit and CamStudio. All of them wont let me save the captured video or play it cause it either says files still in use or unsupported media format? Any hints on how to get around this?
