Svcd sync problem

Hi

I have a little problem.

I have a Svcd file, the quality is good but the audio is out of sync.

I've tried to use vitualdub but after I selected the file and tried to open it I just get a sign that says "mpeg import filter: pack synchronization error"

How do I solve this (it's so anoing to watch it when the sound is one sec after)
